PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a bantamweight kickboxing rules bout between Karl Jones (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rufus Roufus (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Jones might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Can´t Be Stopped - (Roy Jones Jr). Both fighter's entrance songs getting the crowd jumping here.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Roufus lands with an uppercut that bounces Jones off the ropes and back into range.
Roufus displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Jones throws out the jab.
Roufus scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
Roufus moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot.
Roufus misses with a hook. Jones ducked under it nicely.
Roufus smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.
Roufus checks a leg kick nicely.
Jones stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
Jones scores with a nice head shot.

Roufus connects with a jab.
Roufus ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Jones misses with a looping right.
A telegraphed right hand from Roufus misses the target.
Jones throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Roufus on the side of the head.
A nice leg kick lands there from Roufus.
Roufus fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
Jones slips under a jab.

Jones lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
Jones moves away from the strike by Roufus.
Jones throws a hook but Roufus avoids it easily.
Jones gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.

Roufus throws a jab but it's blocked by Jones.
Jones swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Roufus takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Jones jabs away that one connects to the head of his opponent.

Roufus is rocked!
Jones catches Roufus with a right, a left, a right. It's raining punches and Roufus forgot an umbrella! Another punch and he's down. This one is over!
