Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the featherweight championship of the world!
Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 7 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Luke Cage!
And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 16 - 7 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Lasi Leuka!
The judges for this bout are Fedor Mirinova, Igor Prikhodko and Aleksei Zolotukhin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cage lands with a thumping leg kick.
Leuka throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Cage lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Leuka has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Leuka and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.
Leuka shoots in but Cage avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Cage pushes Leuka away with a front kick.
A looping hook to the body misses from Leuka. Cage does a little dance to reset his feet.
Cage works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.
A slow jab from Leuka misses its intended target.
Cage moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.
Leuka takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.

Leuka is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.

Leuka takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.

and Leuka counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.

Cage throws a sloppy head kick and Leuka moves out of range easily.
Leuka throws a shot from downtown. Cage moves away and avoids it.
Cage is trying hard to land a takedown here. Leuka sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.

Leuka throws a series of punches but Cage moves out of range.
Leuka ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Cage moves away.

Cage looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Leuka is fending him off so far but Cage persists. Nope, Leuka circles away and we're back to standing.

Cage shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Leuka's guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Cage stands and throws Leuka's legs to the side, diving into side control.
Leuka is trying to stand back up. He's worked his way up against the cage but Cage has just dragged him back down to the mat.

That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

Leuka throws a nice looking combination but Cage bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.

Cage tries to pass the half guard into mount. Leuka knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.

Cage is working for a kimura but Leuka is defending it quite comfortably.
Cage stops Leuka from getting back to his feet.
Cage wants to free his trapped foot but Leuka is holding on for dear life with his legs.

Leuka manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Cage manages to get himself to full guard.

The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.

Cage tries to score a power double leg takedown but Leuka sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Cage somewhat.

Cage dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Leuka. That did some damage!
Cage takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.

and Leuka counters with a left and a right... And another left! Cage is down! He's done! The ref dives in to save him and that's the end of the fight!
