Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Abraham Berkovitz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Oliver Inas (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Inas has chosen Rage Against The Machine: Killing In The Name as his entrance music. Oliver Inas has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 9 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Oliver Inas!
The judges for this bout are Marco Blurström, Matti Vanhoillinen and Tarja Halkonen.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Berkovitz looks for a takedown but Inas sprawls well.
Inas moves out of range as Berkovitz strikes.
Inas looks to land a combination but Berkovitz avoids it well.
Inas lands with a good body shot.
Inas ducks under a wild hook from Berkovitz.
Inas throws a body punch but Berkovitz moves out of range.
Berkovitz misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
A looping hook to the body misses from Inas. Berkovitz does a little dance to reset his feet.

The crowd cheers as Inas lands an impressive looking overhand right. Berkovitz doesn't seem phased though.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Berkovitz has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Inas parries the strikes from Berkovitz easily there. Berkovitz is wary of posturing up too much because it might enable Inas to escape.

Berkovitz has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Inas is working away from the top position though.

Berkovitz sneaks a leg back under and regains half guard and is working straight away to try and get back to guard. He hasn't managed just yet though.

Inas seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.

Horrible takedown by Berkovitz or perhaps it was just good defense by Inas which made him look bad.

Inas scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Berkovitz doesn't seem bothered though.

and Berkovitz counters with a lovely shot to the body.
Inas scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!
Inas looks to score with a jab to the body but Berkovitz is just out of range.
Berkovitz doesn't manage to clinch there - Inas circles away.
Inas tries to close the distance and clinch up but Berkovitz swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Berkovitz throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Inas scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Berkovitz doesn't seem bothered though.

Berkovitz sees a low kick coming and goes to check it, but it's actually a body kick and it thuds into his unprotected ribs.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
