Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Litran Kossu (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Maximus Meridius (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kossu comes to the ring accompanied by Holy Diver - Dio. Maximus Meridius acknowledges the crowd's support as he enters the ring.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Alexandre Firmino, Mauricio Rocha and Matheus Silva.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Meridius walks into a stiff left hand from Kossu.
Meridius keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Meridius misses with a two punch combination.
Meridius throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Kossu sees it coming and avoids it easily.
A chopping leg kick lands by Kossu.
Kossu moves out of range as Meridius throws a body kick.
Kossu cracks Meridius with a good jab.
Meridius misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Meridius takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
Kossu swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Meridius.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Kossu misses the shot to the body.

Kossu shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
Meridius is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
Kossu looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Meridius with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.
Meridius moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard.
Kossu with a flurry of punches that miss.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Meridius wants to sweep but no luck.

Meridius is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

The ref calls for a clean break and stands the fighters back up. Maximus Meridius wasn't active enough on the ground.
Kossu lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head.

Kossu throws a body punch but Meridius moves out of range.
Kossu ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Meridius steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Kossu.
Kossu checks a leg kick nicely.
Meridius misses with a hook. Kossu ducked under it nicely.
A jab lands there for Kossu.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Meridius avoids a kick to the body.
Kossu looks to score with a jab to the body but Meridius is just out of range.
Kossu fails with an attempt to clinch.
Meridius will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.
A punch lands to the side of Meridius 's head but he takes it in his stride.
Meridius is pinned up against the ropes taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.

Meridius is rocked!
Kossu drops a shoulder and throws a monster hook that connects perfectly to the side of Meridius's head, knocking him out cold! Kossu is extatic as he celebrates with his cornermen.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:52 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Litran Kossu!
A very excited looking Litran Kossu made sure he remembered to thank all the fans both in the arena and on the internet. He said all the coolest people spend all day on MMA websites, which got a big reaction.
