Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Grigory Stensky (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Renato Sobral (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Stensky comes to the cage accompanied by GORBACHOV. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 10 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Renato Sobral!
The judges for this bout are Paulo Santos, Emerson Jorge and Felipe Paraventi.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Stensky misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Sobral.
Stensky slips a jab from Sobral.

Stensky has closed the distance and engaged Sobral in a clinch.

Stensky breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.

Stensky pushes Sobral up against the cage in a clinch.
Sobral has had enough of the clinch but Stensky keeps him there for the moment.
The pace slowing considerably in the clinch, as Stensky takes a break from that fighting nonsense to think about the finer things in life.
Stensky can't get the takedown.
Stensky is working on a leg, looking for a takedown but Sobral is defending well.

Stensky has hold of one of Sobral's legs. Sobral is fighting the takedown attempt but Stensky gets the trip and lands the takedown into guard.
Stensky controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling.
Stensky lands a couple of digs.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Stensky trying to control the position from guard on top but Sobral is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Sobral is looking to stand up but Stensky isn't so interested in that idea.

Sobral preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage.

Stensky is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
Stensky has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Stensky accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
Stensky is stalling in the full guard.
Stensky postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
Stensky throws an elbow that misses. Sobral uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Stensky's guard. Nice move by Sobral!

That's two minutes gone in the round.

Sobral has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Stensky to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! Sobral is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Stensky pulls down on the head and he's put Sobral to sleep! This one is all over!
