Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Brock Samson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Brandon Cattell (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Samson comes to the cage accompanied by The Venture Brothers Opening Theme. Cattell has chosen Brooks & Dunn - My Maria as his entrance music. Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

The judges for this bout are Dean Styles, Lou da Vinci and Alyssa Summers.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Samson uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Cattell.

Samson turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.

Cattell gets cracked there but stands up to it.

Cattell pushes Samson up against the cage in a clinch.
Cattell is clearly stalling here... Pick up the pace son.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Nice body punch from Samson - that landed with a thud.
Cattell tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage.

Samson manages to pull guard. Let's see whether he can land a sub off his back.
If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.
Samson wants to sweep here but Cattell controlling him for the moment.
Samson will have to put a bit more behind his punches if he's going to do any damage from this position.

Samson isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Cattell stacks Samson on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Cattell!

We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.

Cattell wants to control but Samson is keeping him busy.
Samson is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard.
Samson slips a foot under and gets full guard. Nice work.

Cattell moves out of range as Samson throws a body kick.
Samson displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Cattell throws out the jab.
Samson lands a nice shot that snaps Cattell's head back.
Samson throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
Cattell moves out of range of the strikes.

Samson connects with a crisp jab.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Cattell bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.
Samson connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son.
Cattell fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
Good leg kick by Samson there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Cattell looks gassed!
Samson bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Cattell's head backwards.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!

Samson is using his height advantage well here, landing a good percentage of his punches.

Samson drops Cattell with a beautiful combination! Cattell stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Samson is looking for the KO!
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Cattell takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Cattell missing with a left hand there. Samson was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Samson lunges in with a left hook that violently twists Cattell head around and knocks him out cold! Samson hops onto the cage and yells out at the top of his lungs - Yeeeeeeeeaaaaaaaaah! They're showing the replay on the big screens now; that was nasty! I hope one of the photographers got a good shot of it.
