Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Demian Gaea (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Brandon Spiller (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Gaea's entrance music is When I'm Gone (Remix). A fine choice. The crowd seem to be enjoying Spiller's choice of entrance music: I know you want me. Gaea is coming into this fight with a significant injury, which will no doubt have an effect on his cardio. Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The judges for this bout are David Schapiro, Dean Styles and Columbo Gatti.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Spiller goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.
Gaea is breathing heavily.
Spiller misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Spiller feints and then cracks Gaea's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Gaea down.
Gaea walks into a straight right hand from Spiller.
Gaea has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Gaea there as he acknowledges the shot.
Gaea takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Spiller is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.
Gaea looks for a takedown but Spiller sprawls well.
Spiller stalks Gaea and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Gaea's face. Gaea staggers backwards, shaken.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Spiller lands with a nice body kick.
Spiller scores with a slapping inside leg kick.
Gaea chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Spiller can pounce on him.
Spiller scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent.
Gaea takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
Gaea avoids the head kick by Spiller.
A shot to the liver by Spiller. Beautiful body shot.
Jab, jab by Spiller - just one landing.
Gaea shoots for a takedown but Spiller saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Spiller lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Spiller fakes the leg kick and cracks Gaea in the body.
Spiller connects with a right hand. Gaea shakes it off.
Spiller tries a head kick but it misses.
Gaea takes one to the side of the head.
Spiller lands with a nice body punch.
That's one minute gone in the round.
A left and a right from Spiller both land. Nice combination.
Spiller thumps Gaea with a low kick.
Spiller connects with a solid leg kick.
Spiller moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.
Spiller with a nice cross.
Spiller scores with a nice body kick.
Spiller goes for a high kick. It partially lands.
Gaea has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Spiller.
Gaea takes a head kick and keeps coming.
Brandon Spiller is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Ouch! a nice leg kick from Spiller, right into the meat.
Gaea fails with the takedown.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Demian Gaea. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Gaea is hobbling a little on that front leg after taking quite a few leg kicks so far in this fight.
Spiller fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Gaea on the side of the head.

Wow, both these guys are really going for it!

This is turning into a torrid day at the office for Gaea. He's trying desperately to land a takedown but he's failing miserably and getting slapped silly on the feet to compound his misery.
Spiller scores to the head and body with a nice combination!
Spiller is landing a lot of head punches in this opening round! Gaea had better start moving his head a bit unless he wants his face to turn into pâté.
Spiller throws a sloppy head kick and Gaea moves out of range easily.

Gaea walks into a left hand.

Spiller lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.
Gaea is rocked!
Spiller moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.
Oh Gaea is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Spiller lands a jab-cross combination.
Spiller cracks Gaea on the jaw with a powerful right hand and Gaea falls backwards against the cage. Spiller follows up with more strikes that drop Gaea to his knees. Spiller keeps the pressure on and the referee jumps in to save Gaea! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:29 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Brandon Spiller!
