The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rienstien wants to clinch up but Fonzarelli keeps it at a distance.
Rienstien throws a lazy uppercut

and Fonzarelli counters by clinching up.
Fonzarelli gets underhooks to prevent Rienstien's takedown attempt.
Rienstien is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Fonzarelli pulls him back up using the underhooks.
A nice right hand lands inside from Fonzarelli.
Fonzarelli is working Rienstien over against the cage.

Fonzarelli lands with a left to the head.

Fonzarelli drops Rienstien onto one knee with a big uppercut from the clinch! Rienstien is propped up by the cage and works his way back to his feet!

Fonzarelli throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but Rienstien blocks it with crossed arms.
Fonzarelli pushes Rienstien back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Rienstien tries to pull guard but Fonzarelli won't allow it.
Rienstien seems to have recovered his senses.
Arthur Fonzarelli has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Oleg Rienstien.
