The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bent throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Cruz.

It looks like Jason Bent has been cut.

Bent sends Cruz crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Bent is motioning to the referee to let Cruz up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!

That has opened up Carlo Rafael Cruz's cut even more.

Cruz leaves his chin hanging out and Bent seizes the opportunity with an uppercut! Cruz crumbles to the floor in a heap, and the referee steps in and tends to the downed fighter! What a knockout!
