Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between John Mallon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Daanish Hussain (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Mallon's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, im not afraid. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

14 - 3 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Daanish Hussain!
The judges for this bout are Ivan Kurochkin, Aleksei Zolotukhin and Sergei Dronov.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mallon avoids the head kick by Hussain.
Hussain shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Hussain takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
It looks like Daanish Hussain has been cut.
Mallon thuds his right hand into Hussain's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Hussain misses with a hook. Mallon ducked under it nicely.
Mallon throws the left hand but Hussain avoids the punch easily.
Mallon throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Daanish Hussain seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Hussain throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Mallon slips a straight right by Hussain.
Hussain has closed the distance and engaged Mallon in a clinch.
Mallon has a couple of punches blocked by Hussain.
Hussain misses with an elbow strike.
Hussain lands a nice knee to the body.
Hussain gets an overhook and lands an elbow to the side of the head.
It looks like John Mallon has been cut.
Mallon doesn't land with the attempted body shot.
Mallon misses with some punches.
Hussain goes for a body shot but it's blocked.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Mallon pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Mallon avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Mallon scores with a jab. Hussain acknowledges it with a nod of the head.
That has opened up Daanish Hussain's cut even more.
Hussain shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Nice takedown defense from Mallon. No joy for Hussain on that attempt.
John Mallon has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Daanish Hussain.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Mallon lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.
The cut above Daanish Hussain's eye is starting to cause him problems now.
Mallon misses with a looping left.
Mallon lands a lovely overhand right.
and Mallon counters with a massive uppercut that badly hurts Hussain! He's just covering up as Mallon starts to tee off till the referee steps in and stops the fight!
