The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ganga darts in and out, connecting with a jab.
No joy there for Mustang, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Mustang uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Ganga.
Ganga throws the left hand but Mustang avoids the punch easily.
Ganga jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Nice takedown defense from Ganga. No joy for Mustang on that attempt.
Ganga scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.

Mustang gets a double leg takedown into Ganga's guard.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
Mustang looking to sit in guard and control but Ganga gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.

Mustang escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Ganga gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Ganga has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.

Mustang has his feet on Ganga's thighs here. He's pushed Ganga off and worked for a very quick armbar from the bottom! He's flipped onto his stomach and he's cranking hard on the arm! Ganga screams in pain and taps out! This one is all over!
