Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Faber takes one on the chin but seems OK.
Pais stuffs the takedown.
Faber throws a head kick that misses
and Pais cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Pais ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Faber moves away.
Faber takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Faber looks for a takedown but Pais sprawls well.
Faber shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Pais but Pais pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Thizin Pais has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Urijah Faber.
Pais connects with a body shot that sends Faber's belly button to the back.
Pais stuns Faber with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Pais lands with a cross.
Pais lands a leg kick that knocks Faber off balance momentarily.
Pais takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.

Faber is rocked!

Pais connects with a left and a right that sees a clearly hurt Faber covering up! Pais comes in with a big uppercut and Faber goes doooown! He's slumped up against the cage, eyes staring blankly into space.
