Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ruxin misses with a series of wild punches.

Ruxin tries to throw a body punch but Kurosawa avoids it by throwing Ruxin back against the ropes.

Ruxin seems to have come into the fight with the intention of avoiding any damage in the clinch, rather than actually showing any aggression.
Ruxin gets a warning from the ref for wasting time.
Good anti-grappling being displayed by Kurosawa as Ruxin tries to tie him up.
The ref breaks the fighters up, due to lack of action by Rodney Ruxin.
Ruxin will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Kurosawa tries to clinch up against the ropes, rushing in the close the distance. Ruxin manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.

Oh Ruxin is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

Kurosawa darts in and clinches Ruxin up against the ropes.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Ruxin tries to circle away but Kurosawa has him pinned against the ropes.

Kurosawa creates a bit of distance and cracks Ruxin with a big uppercut! Ruxin goes down! The referee pushes Kurosawa away into a neutral corner and starts the count. 4,5,6,7. Will Ruxin make it up in time? He's still flopping around all over the place! The referee has called off the fight! Kurosawa takes it!
