The judges for this bout are Steve Smith, Gregory Folan and Alec Ball.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A head kick by James misses
and Sins counters with an inside leg kick.
Sins lands a head kick!
It looks like John James has been cut.
James throws a head kick that misses
and whilst James still has his hands down, Sins counters with a perfectly aimed head kick that sends James crashing to the mat! Will he recover? 3,4,5,6,7 - he's back up! The referee looks into his eyes and asks him to walk forwards. He's going to allow this one to continue but will James be able to survive another onslaught?
This has been an exciting period of action!
James misses with a kick to the body
and Sins takes the opportunity to counter with a picture perfect head kick, knocking James to the floor! He looks like he's going to get up 4,5,6,7,8... hurry up! 9, 10... he didn't make it! He's just getting back to his feet now but it's too late - this one is all over! Sins is your winner!
