Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Richard Alpha (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Adson Sales (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Sales has chosen Lado B Lado A as his entrance music. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are John Mangel, Skip Squint and Damien Edna.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Alpha gets a double leg takedown into Sales's guard.
Alpha tries to stand but Sales is controlling from the bottom.
Sales looking to hit a scissor sweep but Alpha is one step ahead there.

Sales looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Alpha stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Sales swivels though and keeps the full guard.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Alpha throwing strikes but missing.
Alpha won't allow Sales to get back to his feet.

Alpha decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Sales, up you get!

Alpha closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Sales's guard.
Sales is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
Alpha trying to hold on to Sales's head to control him but Sales postures up.
Alpha is looking to improve his position.

Sales is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Alpha doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Sales.

Sales is trying for a kimura here. Alpha looks like he's in a lot of pain... and he's tapping out! Sales wins by kimura!

After the fight, Adson Sales was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
