Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Poo throws a series of punches but Apene moves out of range.
Kangeroo Poo seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Poo wants to clinch up but Apene keeps it at a distance.
Apene misses with a head kick.
Poo lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Apene circles away quickly and effectively.
Poo throws a head kick but Apene moves out of range.

Apene closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Poo to the mat! Poo manages to get full guard.
Apene is sitting in guard, working some ground and pound.
Apene stops Poo from standing up.

Apene thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
Apene passes easily into side control. Nice work.
Apene controls the position from side control.
Poo tries to escape but Apene is in control.
Poo parries the strikes from Apene easily there. Apene is wary of posturing up too much because it might enable Poo to escape.
Poo is trying to buck Apene off.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Apene is putting a hurting on Poo here, landing some big shots from side control.

Apene is looking to take a break and control but Poo is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
Poo is looking to work his way out of this bad position but Apene is controlling him well.
Poo tries to get back to his feet but has found himself mounted instead. Damn, that's gotta suck.
Apene takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.
Apene won't let Poo get back to his feet... He wants to keep the fight where it is for now.
Apene lands with some strikes.
