The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Cowell throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Eccleston.

Eccleston closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Cowell did well to prevent Eccleston getting side control.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Eccleston accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Eccleston has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Cowell to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! Eccleston is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Cowell pulls down on the head and he's put Eccleston to sleep! This one is all over!
