Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, APimp Slickback!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
4 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Julian Sandar!
The judges for this bout are Gregory Folan, William Peck and Trevor Gratis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Slickback tries to clinch up.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Slickback.
Horrible takedown by Slickback or perhaps it was just good defense by Sandar which made him look bad.
Sandar swats away the attempt to clinch by Slickback.
Slickback shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away.
Sandar is looking to improve his position but Slickback isn't that keen on the idea.
Sandar is squirming around, avoiding Slickback's attempts to control the action.
Sandar tries to hold on but Slickback pushes him away.
Sandar slips a leg in and gets back to half guard.
Sandar trying to control from the bottom.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Slickback is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there.
Sandar gets full guard.
Slickback sitting in guard, not really doing much.
Sandar is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Slickback has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Sandar to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! Slickback is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Sandar pulls down on the head and he's put Slickback to sleep! This one is all over!
