Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Genghis Khan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Paul St Pierre (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Khan's entrance music is Knuck if you Buck. A fine choice. Genghis Khan has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Genghis Khan!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
0 - 3 - 0, fighting out of New York, Paul St Pierre!
The judges for this bout are Lou da Vinci, Jorge Garcia and Franklyn Lucas.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Khan lands a jab-cross combination.
It looks like Paul St Pierre has been cut.
St Pierre moves out of range as Khan strikes.
St Pierre tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Khan swivels and escapes.
St Pierre closes the distance and clinches up with Khan, looking for a takedown. St Pierre pushes Khan against the cage but Khan circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Nice sprawl there from Khan as St Pierre shoots in.
Genghis Khan has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Paul St Pierre.
Khan takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
Khan stuffs the takedown attempt from St Pierre. St Pierre gets slowly back to his feet.
St Pierre fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Khan throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Khan closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Khan lands in his opponent's guard.
Khan wants to control from the top but St Pierre keeps moving.
St Pierre wants to reverse the position here. Khan has hold of a leg though and he's dropped back looking for a kneebar! The fighters roll across the mat but St Pierre is forced to tap! St Pierre looks devastated but at least his leg points in the right direction.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:55 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Kneebar). Genghis Khan!
