Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Boris Becker (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and James Hellwig (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Becker might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Justus Köhncke - Timecode. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 13 - 7 - 0, fighting out of London, Boris Becker!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 16 - 14 - 0, fighting out of London, James Hellwig!
The judges for this bout are James Ackerman, Donald Grub and Paul Tew.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Becker changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Hellwig tries to avoid it but Becker manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Hellwig to the ground. Hellwig escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Becker shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Becker was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!

Becker with some aggressive grappling here. He's looking for submissions here, rather than waiting for the opportunity to counter.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Boris Becker.
Well Hellwig has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
