Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Gene Lopez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Haytham Jebriel (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Lopez kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Desabafo. This should be fireworks!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

and Lopez decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Jebriel's guard.
Jebriel has momentary wrist control but Lopez slips an elbow through the middle.
Lopez knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Jebriel on the ground.

Lopez lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard.
Lopez stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Jebriel swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Lopez cracks Jebriel with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!

It's a brutal combination of punches from Lopez! Jebriel is backing up but he can't get away as Lopez lands with one final shot to the jaw that drops Jebriel and ends the fight. Great knockout.
