Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between McGillicuddy Jones (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sean Brannigan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). On his way into the cage it seems that McGillicuddy Jones has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily McGillicuddy Jones seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Brannigan takes a swing at Jones's ribcage but misses.
Jones lands a really nice looking cross but Brannigan seems unphased.

Jones looks to score with a jab to the body but Brannigan is just out of range.
Jones takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.

Jones does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.
Brannigan scores with a hook to the body. Jones takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.

Brannigan throws a body punch but Jones moves out of range.

and Brannigan counters with a head kick.
Brannigan misses with an uppercut.
Brannigan loads up on a big right hand but Jones slips the punch.
Brannigan throws a sloppy head kick and Jones moves out of range easily.
Jones keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.
Jones checks a leg kick nicely.
Brannigan drops his hands momentarily and Jones takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
Brannigan connects with a nice looking jab.

Brannigan uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Jones.

Brannigan throws a right and a left that both miss.
Brannigan cracks Jones with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.
Jones swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.

Jones throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Jones, as that shot connected.
Brannigan connects with a solid leg kick.
Jones fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Brannigan manages to avoid it.
Jones throws a head kick that misses.
Brannigan misses with a few strikes there.
Brannigan takes one to the chin there.

Jones scores with a jab.
McGillicuddy Jones is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Jones slips a jab and a cross from Brannigan.
Brannigan has used his reach advantage pretty well so far tonight.

Brannigan shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Jones manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.
Brannigan won't allow Jones to get back to his feet.

Jones uses the cage to get back to his feet.
Jones lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head.
Brannigan throws a sloppy head kick
and Jones counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Jones drops Brannigan with a naaaaasty hook - Brannigan is in real trouble here! Jones dives in to side control and pounds out his opponent for a TKO victory! The crowd goes nuts!
