Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Kenichi Hosakawa, Yasuomi Hirokawa and Tatsuya Matsuyama.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pen with a lazy takedown attempt
and Second counters with a straight right hand.
Jims Second seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Pen has his takedown stuffed
and Second cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Second dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Second lands with a nice body punch.
Pen with a poor takedown
and Second counters with a straight punch to the midsection.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Sharp Pen. That's going to take a lot out of him.

and Second counters with a single leg into guard. Pen didn't expect that.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Pen tries to wriggle free to get back to his feet but he's given up his back! Oops.

Second lands with a hammerfist to the side of Pen's head.

Pen tries to roll but Second sticks to his back.
Second is landing big shots and Pen is squirming looking to escape! He can't escape though and the ref jumps in to end the fight!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:24 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Jims Second!
After winning the bout, Jims Second thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
