Demidov tries to clinch there but El Borracho circles away.
Demidov thows a left - swing and a miss!
Demidov throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Demidov tries to close the distance and clinch but El Borracho swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Demidov is looking to clinch.
Demidov blocks a head kick by El Borracho.
A jab-cross combination lands for El Borracho and sends Demidov crashing to the mat! El Borracho follows him down to the mat - Demidov regains half guard but he's not out of trouble yet!

It looks like Kaban Demidov has been cut.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
El Borracho lands a big elbow from half guard. That looks like it's hurt Demidov quite badly. Demidov pulls El Borracho in close trying to recover. El Borracho postures up and lands two really hard shots that put Demidov on queer street! The ref takes a look and decides to call an end to the fight! Possibly an early stoppage but Demidov doesn't seem to be complaining too much.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:40 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Wallace El Borracho!
