The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mack fails with a takedown attempt.
Mack fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Guard Dog avoids it really well and circles away.
Mack moves to clinch but Guard Dog breaks away
and Guard Dog counters with a nice uppercut.
Guard Dog ducks under a wild hook from Mack.
We're hearing some news coming in from back stage. It's official - Mack has eaten all the pies!
Mack tries a head kick but it misses.
Mack shoots in for a takedown but Guard Dog shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
The Guard Dog has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of The Mack.
Guard Dog blocks a head kick by Mack.
Guard Dog circles away from the clinch attempt
and Guard Dog holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.
Mack drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Guard Dog has moved round to his opponent's back and is looking for a suplex! Oh snap! He's tossed Mack clear over his head and slammed him to the mat!
That's one minute gone in the round.
Guard Dog sinks in the hooks and is looking for the choke. He's got it! Mack taps out!
