Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Butter Bean (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sheldon Cooper (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Bean comes to the cage accompanied by Real American. The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Butter Bean!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Sheldon Cooper!
The judges for this bout are George Francis, Wesley Smith and Chris Downing.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A big left from Bean misses.

Cooper gets a takedown into half guard.
Cooper throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage.
Cooper looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Bean with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.
Cooper is looking for the mount but instead finds himself back in full guard.
Cooper postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Cooper is in close to Bean's body, working some short punches and elbows.

Cooper stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Bean swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Cooper is stalling in the full guard.
Cooper lands a couple of digs.
Bean working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Cooper.
Cooper looking to sit in guard and control but Bean gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.
Cooper is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
Bean could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Cooper can do anything to dispel that myth.
The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Bean accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Bean loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

A close round but Sheldon Cooper will probably get the nod.
That's time! Bean's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.


Cooper with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Bean to score with a decent uppercut.

Cooper shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Bean napping and manages to drive through into side control!
Bean regains half guard, as Cooper was trying to land strikes.
Cooper is nestled in close to Bean, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.
Cooper throws a strike but Bean avoids it easily and moves to full guard.

Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Bean throws a couple of weedy looking strikes off his back.
Cooper seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.
Cooper must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.

Let's hope that Cooper has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.
Cooper really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Bean. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Cooper drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Bean dives on top into guard.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. Ladies and gentlemen, this is the final round!

Bean feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Coopers jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!

The fighters circling - Bean throws out the jab but it was never going to land.

Cooper drops back, looking for a kneebar! Bean looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Bean looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Bean!

Cooper is holding Bean down, trying to stall.

Cooper avoids any damage from the ground and pound of Bean.

Bean sitting in side control, looking to soften his opponent up with elbows and hammerfists but Cooper is avoiding damage well and looking to escape the position.

Bean throws an elbow but Cooper slips to the side and avoids it well.
Cooper takes a big shot right to the temple there but he's taken it well.

Cooper parries the strikes from Bean easily there. Bean is wary of posturing up too much because it might enable Cooper to escape.

Well Bean has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

Butter Bean spent the whole post fight interview bigging himself up. It didn't go down that well with the fans after a while as they thought it was a bit arrogant.
