Miranda's entrance music is Kymani Marley - Hustler. A fine choice. Jackson has chosen Nice Beaver as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Man, I cannot wait for this one!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Miranda shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Jackson defends it nicely.

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Jackson can do anything to dispel that myth.
Miranda won't allow Jackson to get back to his feet.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Miranda is looking for a kimura but Jackson is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Miranda to get the leverage.
Miranda has freed up his trapped foot and advances to mount.

Miranda is controlling this nicely and is looking to make no mistakes. Jackson is trying to wiggle out of this horrible position. Jackson flips to his side and attempts to get a leg in for half guard. Miranda anticipates the leg and manages to get behind Jackson and secures both hooks! This could be bad! Miranda slips an arm under Jackson chin and tries to position for a rear naked choke. Miranda has worked the choke in now and it looks tight. Miranda is squeezing on Jackson like an anaconda would it's prey. Jackson fails to tap and has fallen unconscious! We've got ourselves a winner by way of a rear naked choke!
