Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between White Sons (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hubertus Zukus (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hubertus Zukus struggled to make weight for this fight. He only made it down to 187.6lbs at the first attempt and had to take the additional two hours to make the official bout weight. Let's see how much it's taken out of him. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sons tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Zukus manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
A jab from Sons misses.

Sons fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Zukus to the ground. Sons is now in Zukus's guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Zukus throws some sloppy strikes off his back.
Sons makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard.
Sons postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head.
Sons throws a big elbow that misses.

Zukus had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Sons defends it easily.

Sons stands up over Zukus, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head.
Sons has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.

Sons gets to his feet and stands over Zukus, holding his ankles. He dives in with a big left hand that connects! Zukus felt that one! Sons unloads more punches and elbows and this one is over! The ref has dived in to save Zukus from any more punishment!
