Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Willy Wonka (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Simon Salace (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Man, I cannot wait for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wonka avoids a punch combination nicely.
Salace throws a body punch but Wonka moves out of range.

Wonka manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Salace on his heels. He'll look to pass Salace's guard now, I'm sure.
If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.
Salace has control of Wonka's left arm, preventing Wonka from doing any damage.
Salace manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!

Salace swings around for an armbar but it's a sloppy attempt and Wonka is now in Salace's guard. A big mistake from Salace there, giving up the dominant position!

Salace is looking for a kimura but Wonka is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Salace to get the leverage.

Wonka takes an elbow right on the bridge of the nose and winces in pain.

Salace thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.
Wonka takes a big shot right to the temple there but he's taken it well.

Wonka avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Wonka will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

Salace has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Wonka is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Salace.

Salace is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Wonka is just riding it out for now. Salace eventually gives up the hold.

Salace stuns Wonka with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
Willy Wonka is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Salace throws a right and a left that Wonka avoids nicely.
