Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Time Boom (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Goro Ichiro (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Boom fails with a takedown attempt.
Ichiro displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Boom.
Ichiro shoots in and drives through. Boom sprawls well.

Boom changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Ichiro tries to avoid it but Boom manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Ichiro to the ground. Ichiro escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Boom clinches up with Ichiro and pushes him back against the cage.
Ichiro throws a punch but it's blocked by Boom.
Ichiro tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Boom just stands there and leans against the cage.

Ichiro fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Boom avoids it really well and circles away.
Boom throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Ichiro's waist but Ichiro gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Boom off to one side.

Ichiro pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Boom back to the cage. Ichiro follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.

It looks like Time Boom has been cut.

Boom's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Ichiro shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Boom but Boom pushes him off and we're back to square one.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.

The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Ichiro lands a strong strike to the head of Boom. That's dazed him! Ichiro looking to finish here. Boom is waving his arms around trying to block but he's hurt badly - Ichiro lands more strikes and the referee steps in to end the fight!
