Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Sakuraba Gracie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jared Greene (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Gracie might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Gimme Shelter. Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Greene closes the distance but Gracie moves to the side
and Gracie counters with a nice body shot.
Gracie tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Greene was well out of range. Poor timing from Gracie.
Greene darts in trying to clinch

and Gracie counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Greene!
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.

Greene is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Gracie connects with a bit shot that sees Greene covering up! More strikes from Gracie and the referee jumps in to stop the fight! Gracie is our winner by TKO!
