Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Jack Daniels (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Lito Lapid (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Daniels comes to the cage accompanied by Nas - Hate Me Now. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Daniels throws a right and a left that Lapid avoids nicely.
Daniels throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Lapid.
Lapid shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Daniels sprawls well. Daniels wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Lapid gets slowly back to his feet.

Lapid shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.

Lapid is looking for a kimura but Daniels is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Lapid to get the leverage.

Lapid is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Daniels is just riding it out for now. Lapid eventually gives up the hold.

Daniels cracks Lapid with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
A slow jab from Daniels misses its intended target.

Lapid shoots in for a double leg but Daniels sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Jack Daniels has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Lito Lapid.
Daniels dips to his left and cracks Lapid with an uppercut!

Lapid is rocked!
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Daniels pounces like a tiger and cracks Lapid with a vicious hook! Lapid is down but not out! Daniels follows up with more strikes forcing the ref to jump in and stop it!
