The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A punch combination from Drumand misses.
Drumand misses with the combination.
Drumand rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Abdi moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

Abdi darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.
Abdi throwing shots but Drumand is blocking nicely.
Abdi seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime.

and Abdi counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Drumand!

A big strike lands for Abdi! That's really hurt Drumand and he's turned his back - Abdi keeps firing away and the ref dives in to stop the fight! Abdi jumps to his feet to celebrate the victory!
