The judges for this bout are Taro Takaoka, Shigeki Sano and Ren Mimura.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sona tries for a takedown but Travel circles away easily
and Travel decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Sona's guard.
The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.
Sona is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Travel is controlling him.
Sona has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Travel can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
Sona has control of Travel's left arm, preventing Travel from doing any damage.
Travel wants to control from the top but Sona keeps moving.
Travel loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.
Sona is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Travel throwing strikes from guard but Sona blocks nicely.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Travel postures up in Sona's guard and throws a big left but Sona blocks it.
Sona controls Travel momentarily but Travel frees himself.

Travel slips effortlessly into side control - very nice.
Travel in side control lands a nice looking series of punches and elbows.

Guqin Sona's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.
The referee calls the doctor in to look at Guqin Sona's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
