Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Chad Cox (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kain Velazquez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Velazquez comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Since the Flood- kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cox connects with a body shot that sends Velazquez's belly button to the back.
Cox takes a swing at Velazquez's ribcage but misses.
Cox uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Velazquez.
Velazquez throws an overhand right that lands on Cox's shoulder, as Cox tries to avoid the shot.
Cox digs a good body shot into Velazquez's ribs.
Velazquez takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Cox's corner calls for a 1-2. Cox obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.
Cox walks into a straight right hand from Velazquez.
Velazquez throws a big shot that misses.
A telegraphed right hand from Velazquez misses the target.
Kain Velazquez seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Cox throws out a loose jab but Velazquez uses good head movement to avoid it.
A looping hook to the body misses from Cox. Velazquez does a little dance to reset his feet.
Cox is looking to wear down Velazquez with body shots, infact he's throwing more body shots than head shots at the moment.
Velazquez fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.

It looks like Chad Cox has been cut.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Velazquez uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Cox.
Velazquez ducks right into an uppercut from Cox.
Velazquez misses with a looping right.

Velazquez sends Cox crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Velazquez is motioning to the referee to let Cox up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!

Cox is rocked!
Velazquez cracks Cox with a left hook right on the temple and Cox goes down! He's out! Referee! Stop the fight! Velazquez lands a few more punches before the dopey ref steps in - hopefully Cox is OK!

A relieved looking Kain Velazquez thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
