The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mcnain throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Ell stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Mcnain looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Ell wants to clinch
and Mcnain counters with a nice uppercut.
Ell throws a right and a left that Mcnain avoids nicely.
A chopping leg kick lands by Mcnain.
A slapping leg kick lands for Mcnain.
Ell looks gassed!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Mcnain misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Mcnain moves into range and throws a big uppercut. OH! Ell goes down! Can Mcnain finish him!?
It looks like Steviie Ell has been cut.
Ell preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage.
Mcnain passes into half guard.
Mcnain drops an elbow to the side of Ell's head.
Ell is rocked!
Mcnain scores with a big shot! Ell's head bounced off the canvas with a huge thud! More strikes land and the referee has jumped in to save Ell! He was hurt real bad - good stoppage!
