Rotterdam comes to the cage accompanied by avicii levels. Artur Nowak has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Yourn Rotterdam's chin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rotterdam connects with a good right hand that stumbles Nowak. Nowak circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
Rotterdam scores with a crisp jab that stopped Nowak in his tracks.
Nowak takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
Rotterdam swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Nowak.
Nowak misses with a takedown
and Rotterdam counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.

Rotterdam drops Nowak with a right and a left! Rotterdam comes rushing in but Nowak regains his composure and manages to keep Rotterdam in guard.

It looks like Artur Nowak has been cut.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Rotterdam postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
Nowak wants to sweep here but Rotterdam controlling him for the moment.

Rotterdam stands and steps away. Nowak gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.
Rotterdam goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.

Nowak needs to keep his hands up - Rotterdam had a free shot at his head there.
Nowak has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Rotterdam finds it's way round the side to connect with Nowak's head.

Nowak shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Rotterdam defends it nicely.

and Rotterdam counters with a leg kick that reverborates around the arena.
Yourn Rotterdam has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Artur Nowak.
Rotterdam moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.

Nowak with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Rotterdam to score with a decent uppercut.
Rotterdam connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Nowak's hands.

Nice combo by Rotterdam! Oh, that's hurt him - Nowak falls to the canvas and Rotterdam follows him into side control.
Rotterdam lands a big left to the face of Nowak, bouncing his head like a basketball. Another shot from Rotterdam and another - Nowak is out! Rotterdam stands up and salutes his fans, who are going crazy in the stands.

Yourn Rotterdam really struggled to get his t-shirt on before his hand was raised. Making sure that Balco Boys - Hilo logo gets some air time is pretty tricky when you're all sweaty.
