The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Jones throws an elbow that misses. ORiordan uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Jones's guard. Nice move by ORiordan!

ORiordan throws a strike but Jones rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.

ORiordan fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Jones manages to avoid it.

That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! ORiordan crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Jones - the referee stops the clock and ORiordan gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Jones. ORiordan manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
