Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Olivier De Troyer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tatsuyo Hayate (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). De Troyer comes to the cage accompanied by Jay Z - Run This Town. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hayate on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.

De Troyer looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.
De Troyer throws a mid kick that lands with a slap.

De Troyer scores with a hook to the body. Hayate takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.

De Troyer throws a left that rocks Hayate and follows with a right that sends him tumbling to the canvas! De Troyer dives into side control, looking to finish! Can Hayate regain composure!

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Hayate is trying to stick to De Troyer's back but De Troyer is turning into Hayate. He's managed to reverse the position - now he's in Hayate's guard. Polite applause from the crowd in appreciation of some nice Jiu Jitsu by De Troyer.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Hayate lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and De Troyer has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from De Troyer and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.
Hayate ducks down and throws a hook to the body but De Troyer moves away.

Ouch! a nice leg kick from De Troyer, right into the meat.

De Troyer looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Hayate is fending him off so far but De Troyer persists. Nope, Hayate circles away and we're back to standing.

De Troyer feints and then cracks Hayate's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Hayate down.
De Troyer throws a leg kick which misses Hayate's front leg but catches the back leg as Hayate tries to avoid it.

De Troyer delivers a nice body kick.
Hayate is throwing a lot of body shots here, looking to wear down De Troyer rather than just go for the knockout.
De Troyer just misses with a punch to the body.
De Troyer fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Hayate.
Nice shot lands for De Troyer.
De Troyer thuds a mid kick into his opponent's body. That will wear on Hayate if he has to take too many more of those.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Hayate takes a nasty kick to the mid section... That should keep him thinking. Does he try and block and risk a head kick landing?
