Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Omen Deng (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Brad Helix (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Helix's choice of entrance music: The Ghost Inside - Unspoken. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Helix swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Helix throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
A slow jab from Deng misses its intended target.
Deng's jab looks to have found its range, popping Helix under the eye.
Helix tries to land a front kick but Deng steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.
Helix lands the left hand.
Helix dodges the punch combination from Deng.
Helix tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Deng swivels and escapes.
Helix loads up on a big right hand but Deng slips the punch.
Helix ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.

Helix fakes with the hands and throws a leg kick but Deng is out of range.

Helix throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Deng tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Helix is in Deng's guard.
The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.

The ref calls for a clean break and stands the fighters back up. Brad Helix wasn't active enough on the ground.

Deng takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.

Helix tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Deng was well out of range. Poor timing from Helix.

Deng shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Deng showed some decent athleticism there.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Helix wants to get back to full guard.
Deng thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Helix's head.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Helix gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.
Helix digs a good body shot into Deng's ribs.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Deng lands a knee to the body and follows it up with some ground and pound to the head. That will wear Helix down.

Brad Helix's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.

The referee calls the doctor in to look at Brad Helix's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
