PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Guaranteed Win (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Harvey Slack (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Win is coming into this fight with a significant injury, which will no doubt have an effect on his cardio. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Slack closes the distance and clinches.
Win is breathing heavily.

Slack lands a takedown into guard.
We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.

Slack thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
Slack working some strikes from top position.
Slack slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard.

Slack gets to his feet - Win follows without any prompting.
A slapping leg kick lands for Slack.
This has been an exciting period of action!

Slack drives through and clinches with Win against the cage.

Slack has dropped down and is working for a takedown. Win is trying to keep an underhook but Slack manages to get the takedown into half guard.
Slack working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.

Slack is scoring with some nice ground and pound from the dominant position.
Slack is keeping good posture, landing some ground and pound.
Slack perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there.
Slack frees up his trapped foot and advances to mount.
Slack sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment.

The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.

Win has left one of his arms exposed and Slack doesn't need a second invitation. He's isolated it and locked on a tight armbar. Win screams and taps out, obviously in a lot of pain. Hopefully there isn't permanent damage to that arm.
