Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Willison Mitchell (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Chowyu Neehow (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chowyu Neehow will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Neehow shoots in for a double leg but Mitchell sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.

and Neehow holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.

OK we're going to have a standup here. Chowyu Neehow hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart.

Neehow lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage.
Mitchell has dropped down and is looking to force the takedown but it's defended by Neehow after a bit of a struggle.

Mitchell escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Neehow gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Neehow gets to his feet - Mitchell follows without any prompting.

Neehow gets the takedown into side control.
Mitchell takes an elbow right on the bridge of the nose and winces in pain.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Neehow connects with a decent looking elbow from side control that caused Mitchell some visible discomfort.
Mitchell might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.

Neehow decides to stand back up.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Mitchell throws a right and a left that both miss.
Neehow closes this distance looking for a takedown but Mitchell circles away.

Mitchell has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Neehow can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Neehow is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
