Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Palle Vitrikainen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jack Daniels (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Daniels has chosen Military Soviet Hymn as his entrance music. Jack Daniels will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
No joy there for Vitrikainen, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Jack Daniels seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Nice uppercut lands for Daniels. That snapped Vitrikainen's head back.
Daniels throws a hook but Vitrikainen avoids it easily.
Daniels looks to land a combination but Vitrikainen avoids it well.

Vitrikainen closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
Daniels regains half guard, as Vitrikainen was trying to land strikes.
Vitrikainen misses with a head shot. Daniels uses the momentum to regain guard.
Daniels is looking to stand up but Vitrikainen isn't so interested in that idea.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
