The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Kinley fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Dos Santos, pushing him back against the cage.
Dos Santos pushes Kinley back against the cage and unloads with a body punch.
Kinley tries to pull guard but Dos Santos holds him up against the cage and eventually Kinley drops back down to his feet.
Kinley fails to pull guard.
Kinley jumps guard but Dos Santos stands there with Kinley around his waist. Kinley gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
Wanderlei Dos Santos has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Dexter Kinley.
Kinley drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Kinley is trying to break free.
Kinley has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Dos Santos is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.
Kinley tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Dos Santos just stands there and leans against the cage.

It looks like Dexter Kinley has been cut.
Kinley tries to bum rush Dos Santos with a series of wild strikes but Dos Santos uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Kinley drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.

Dos Santos misses with a straight left.
Dos Santos misses with a head kick.
Kinley shoots in for a takedown but Dos Santos shows good takedown defense.

and Kinley counters with a straight punch to the midsection.

Kinley looking for a takedown here - he's got it.
Kinley throws and elbow that misses. Dos Santos uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Kinley's guard. Nice move by Dos Santos!
Kinley wants to sweep but no luck.
Dos Santos tries to stand but Kinley is controlling from the bottom.
Kinley has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
Kinley manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!

Kinley goes for an armbar but Dos Santos turns quickly into his guard - lovely anticipation from Dos Santos.

Kinley working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Dos Santos doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Dos Santos manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Dos Santos throws a jab but it's blocked by Kinley.

Kinley is working for takedown but Dos Santos is calmly controlling the position for now.
Kinley tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Dos Santos smiles and moves away.

Kinley gets in close and instigates a clinch.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Dos Santos is pressed up against the cage. Kinley has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Dos Santos down to the mat. Dos Santos avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
A head kick misses from Dos Santos.
Kinley checks a low kick. Bone on bone - not my idea of a good time.

Dos Santos lands a head kick. Kinley smiles back at him and beckons him forward.

and Kinley counters with a left and a right... And another left! Dos Santos is down! He's done! The ref dives in to save him and that's the end of the fight!
