The judges for this bout are Sosuke Kotani, Hirohito Nitta and Yukihiro Yamamoto.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Van Houten is defended easily by Groszek.
Van Houten shoots in looking for a takedown but Groszek manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Van Houten 's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.

Van Houten drops back looking for a leg! Groszek is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Groszek manages to kick Van Houten off! Van Houten jumps back into Groszek's guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Van Houten wants to stand but Groszek has a closed guard, so he can't escape.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Van Houten drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Van Houten jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Mariusz Groszek dominated that round.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

Oh Van Houten is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Groszek rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Van Houten moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Groszek throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Mariusz Groszek seems to be getting the better of the standup.
Groszek is breathing heavily.
Groszek cracks Van Houten with a hook to the temple - Van Houten is on wobbly legs here! Groszek swarms him with hook after hook, landing with each one! Van Houten falls to the canvas face first and the referee dives in to stop the fight! Groszek wins by TKO!
