PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Charles Raines (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Fucke Keith (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Keith is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Tool. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Charles Raines!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 16 - 13 - 0, fighting out of London, Fucke Keith!
The judges for this bout are George Francis, Gwen Towbar and Robert Twigg.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Keith shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Keith was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
Raines is writhing around trying to get back to his feet.
Keith prevents Raines from getting the reversal.

Keith has control of Raines's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Raines regains control of the situation pretty easily.

Keith jumps to side control looking for an arm triangle but Raines manages to avoid the submission attempt.
Raines tries to get back to half guard but can't.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Keith scores with punches from side control.
Keith looks up at the clock and then as Raines takes his cue and looks up at the clock too, Keith smacks him right in the chops with a big elbow! How rude!
Raines manages to get one leg in to regain half guard.
Raines knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Keith on the ground.
Keith takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists.
Raines has hold of Keith's hands but Keith slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Keith throwing shots but Raines is blocking nicely.

Raines is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Keith pulls his head out easily.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Raines is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Keith scores with a couple of nice shots.
Keith has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.

Keith is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.
Keith drops an elbow to the side of Raines's head.

Keith seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime.
Keith looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Raines with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.
The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Keith lands a nice short elbow.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Raines looks like he's trying to stand up.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Raines is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Keith scores with a couple of nice shots.

Keith postures up and throws a couple of big shots that have Raines in real trouble here! The ref calls for Raines to improve his position which he doesn't do, so the referee has no choice but to end the fight due to the strikes!
