The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Barca comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Barca fails to land with a series of punches.
Barca scores with a hook.
Barca scores with the left hand. Silva knows he should have avoided that one.
Barca throws a right and a left that both miss.
Chuck Silva seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Horrible takedown by Silva or perhaps it was just good defense by Barca which made him look bad.
Barca scores with a one two! Silva had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.
Silva walks into a left hand.

Silva is rocked!

Silva misses with a double jab
and Barca counters with a lovely shot to the body.
Oh Silva is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Silva is breathing heavily.
Silva tries to clinch up
and Barca counters with a right hand to the body.
Silva seems to have got his legs back now.
Silva dodges the punch combination from Barca.
Barca connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Silva's hands.
Barca dances in with a quick combination. Silva is being worked over with jabs and crosses. Oooh, a right straight from Barca snaps Silva's head back. Silva stumbles backwards against the cage. Barca steps forward and delivers a right cross that connects with Silva's jaw, simultaneously knocking him out and sending his mouthpiece into the crowd! There's a worthy souvenir for the fans. This one is over folks. Silva just didn't come prepared.
