The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kramer looks to land a left hand but Brown moved out of range nicely.
Kramer throws out a token jab with nothing on it.

Kramer shoots in and gets a takedown into Brown's guard.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.
Brown lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Kramer circles away quickly and effectively.

Kramer closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.

Kramer is pausing for a moment. What's he doing? It looks like he's clearing his nose. Oh dude! He's shot a load of snot all down Brown's shoulder. That is not cool.
Kramer tries to move to mount but Brown blocks the move with his legs.

The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.
Kramer's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.

Kramer has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.

Brown moves into range and connects with a jab.

It looks like John Kramer has been cut.
Brown swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Brown throws a push kick but Kramer slaps the foot to one side.

Danny Brown seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Brown's corner calls for a 1-2. Brown obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.

Kramer is rocked!

Oh Kramer is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Kramer bobbing and weaving nicely... He's ducked under a jab and ducks again but ooooooh! Brown comes at him with an uppercut from hell! Kramer falls to the canvas, unconscious! This one is all over! Oh man, looking at the replay that was right on the button! Kramer was out before he hit the floor!
