Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Hank Flowers (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Shawn Velazquez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Velazquez has chosen Before the Flood-"Valor and Vengeance" as his entrance music. Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Cecil Peabody, Daniel Franklin and Frank Dennis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Flowers crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Velazquez - the referee stops the clock and Flowers gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Velazquez . Flowers manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
Flowers looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this!
Flowers takes a push kick to the midsection and stumbles backwards.
Velazquez scores with a head kick. Flowers tried to block it but didn't get his arm up in time.
It looks like Hank Flowers has been cut.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Velazquez throws a nice outside leg kick.
Velazquez keeps Flowers at a distance using the push kick.
Velazquez moves into range and lands a nice body kick.
Velazquez lands a head kick. Flowers smiles back at him and beckons him forward.
Velazquez lands a big head kick that sends Flowers tumbling to the mat! Velazquez takes a step backwards and waves Flowers back to his feet - he wants the finish!
Flowers is rocked!
A slapping leg kick lands for Velazquez .
Oh Flowers is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Velazquez looks for a left high kick but can't connect. Velazquez backs up to catch a breather... no he lunges forward with a huge flying knee that smacks Flowers's temple! It sends Flowers violently to the canvas! The crowd goes nuts as Velazquez celebrates and the doctors try to help Flowers!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:29 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Flying Knee). Shawn Velazquez !
