Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Brock Samson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Igor Tatov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Samson kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is The Venture Brothers Opening Theme. Tatov is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Soundgarden- Superunknown. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The judges for this bout are Jorge Garcia, Bruno Lombardi and David Schapiro.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Samson shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Tatov is trying to defend but Samson finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.
Samson wants to pass the guard but Tatov is defending well.
Samson wants to lay and pray for a moment but Tatov keeps working.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Samson loads up on a couple of big shots to the head that have Tatov scrambling to escape. He can't get free though and several more unanswered shots from Samson land to the head. The referee has no choice but to stop the fight. Samson stands and salutes the crowd.
